Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Center Director in assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Administer student assessments and develop student learning plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
  • Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
  • Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
  • Available during instructional hours with weekday and weekend flexibility.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills
