
Maintenance Mechanic

- 3+ years of experience in component-level repair of machinery.
- Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of associated parts.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Manual machining experience with lathe, mill, etc., is a strong plus.
- Learn repair techniques under the supervision of a senior technician.
- Disassemble and clean parts.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components.
- Compile Bill of Materials (BOM) for necessary repairs.
- Provide reports on "as-found" and "as-built" conditions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failures and collaborate with the engineering team when needed.
- Follow established policies and procedures for equipment repair and shop workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the evaluation and rebuild process.
- Assist with pickup and delivery of customer equipment as needed.
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Being a team player and working cross-functionally.
- Managing resources and relationships - internally and externally.
- Consistently evaluating processes - recommending changes when appropriate.
- Communicating throughout organization.
- Initiating new, creative ideas.
- Having a willingness to be flexible - adapting to new paths.
- Able to manage multiple projects.
