- Greet, listen, and advise the customer;
- Analyze the needs, recommend the best product, and offer the appropriate service;
- Seize sales and referral opportunities;
- Enter and update the customer file according to the established standards;
- Enter activities in the system and in the customer file according to the standards;
- Carry out all correspondence (letters, communications, etc.);
- Follow up on files: payment and documents to be received;
- Communicate and negotiate with the insurer: flex, risk, acceptance, etc.;
- Complete dashboards and reports;
- Solicit customers for x-dates, contests, coupons, etc.;
- Direct claims to insurers;
- Participate in team meetings;
- Adhere to company values, mission, standards, and procedures;
- Stay up-to-date and informed.
- A.E.C. in Property and Casualty Insurance or equivalent (an asset);
- One (1) year experience in sales and/or customer service in personal lines insurance (an asset);
- Knowledge of the main office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and software used in the company (an asset);
- Knowledge of the main insurers' systems (an asset).
- Customer service-oriented and goal-oriented;
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Good autonomy and organizational skills;
- Problem-solving and priority management oriented;
- Good knowledge of French, bilingualism (an asset)
