- Modern Design:
- Develop visually strong designs for our digital platforms, ensuring they align with current design trends and best practices.
- UX/UI Mastery:
- Design intuitive, compelling interfaces for web and mobile, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Web Design:
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and microsites.
- Collaboration:
- Forge a synergy with our graphic designers, content leaders, brand strategist, and additional marketing stakeholders to harmonize innovative design with our brand's integrity and guidelines.
- Systems-thinking:
- Design and create templates and brand system kits for scalable marketing applications.
- Thought Leadership:
- Stay ahead of design trends, inspiring the team with groundbreaking ideas for the FinTech space.
- Customer Centricity:
- Champion the user's perspective, leveraging a deep understanding of personas, pain points, aesthetic preferences, and customer journeys to guide design decisions.
- Insight Led:
- Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics, to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations, ensuring that the final product meets user expectations and drives business goals.
- Agile:
- Leverage design thinking and agile principles to craft and iterate high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating user feedback to deliver continuous improvements.
- 10+ years of experience (agency and in-house/client roles)
- B2B and enterprise marketing experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, web, and digital design
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and web accessibility
- Mastery of creative design suites, software, and tools
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles
- Exceptional communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Digital fluency, with a pulse on social platforms, cultural trends, and emerging technology
- Experience working in small and large organizations
- Capable of making critical decisions under pressure, prioritizing projects and resources based on strategic business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members
