- Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or related field
- 10 Years+ Commercial Management experience of Mining Customers. Proven track record in business development or sales within the mining industry
- Strong understanding of the mining industry, including its challenges and opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Solid experience in FIDIC and NEC
