Client Service Analyst | Greater NashvilleSummary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for enriching the client experience through effective client service and operational assistance to Financial Advisors and the team. As a Client Service Associate, you will engage with clients and potential clients, anticipate their requirements, address their concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks to support our dynamic and cooperative team in their daily operations (e.g., organizing client meetings, facilitating new client onboarding, assisting with marketing initiatives, etc.) and drive firm-wide initiatives forward.Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Provide comprehensive education to clients regarding account services and capabilities, such as understanding statements/confirmations, navigating online services, and exploring paperless options
Gather necessary documentation required for the establishment of new accounts and services
Utilize a variety of communication channels to maintain regular contact with clients
Efficiently handle and process account service requests while ensuring all documentation is accurate and completeWealth Strategy
Compile financial profile data to facilitate discussions on wealth strategies
Utilize eMoney and other relevant software to generate potential solution optionsInvestment Solutions
Enter orders into the designated system and complete necessary paperwork for registered transactions
Utilize expertise as a registered representative to identify suitable trade activities that align with the portfolio strategy and facilitate fund raising for cashiering activities
Review branch reports and alerts on a daily basis, taking appropriate actions as neededPractice Management
Ensure contact management systems are kept current with key client information
Furnish the team with an updated calendar outlining daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Demonstrate proficiency in risk awareness and regulatory knowledgeTalent Management
Take initiative to enhance personal development by consistently improving knowledge, skills, and credentials
Effectively communicate development needs to relevant stakeholders
Support the onboarding process for new members joining the firmRequirements:
1-5 years of client service experience
Series 7 and Series 66 preferred, or willingness to acquire
College Degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Exemplary interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and patience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional multitasking and time-management capabilities
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
