Our large crypto company is looking for a contract Workplace Events Project Manager. This is an onsite role, located in Mountain View, CA.This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and program management of the Org Summit program - leading end-to-end planning and execution for summits as scale.Contract Duration: 5-MonthsRequired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with project management, end-to-end driving complex projects
  • 5+ years of corporate event planning, producing 30+ multi-day, events per year for an audience size of 100+
  • Ability to build strong- cross-functional relationships to drive alignment
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to adapt communication style and approach
  • Extremely organized and able to track both small details and big picture
  • Ability to identify the complete set of steps in a process, and action immediate next steps
  • Flexible in the face of organizational change and shifting priorities
  • High School Diploma/GED and equivalent work experience
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Creating project plans for each summit or offsite
  • Evolving and customizing guidance and resources for teams hosting summits, including toolkits, agendas, content and more
  • Coordinating travel, managing hotel room blocks and scheduling shuttle services
  • Drafting and deploying communication plans
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, driving alignment and buy-in
  • Offering white-glove, on-site support
  • Ensuring smooth onsite operational processes
  • Partnering cross-functionally with other internal teams that support offsites (e.g., Executive Assistants, Vendor Management, IT/AV, Security, L&D)
  • Planning and executing local social events
  • Soliciting and compiling feedback and other data
