When you join RadNet as a Human Resources Generalist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:
  • Enforce human resources programs by providing internal customer support to team members and management; including new hire processing, leave management such as FMLA and ADA and other state specific sick or leave programs; completing personnel transactions, training and development support, employee relations, and record management.
  • Identify potential human resources solutions through the collection and analysis of incoming information; recommending new, or novel course of action to facilitate process improvement.
  • Support the HR team and employee experience by identifying and clarifying routine issues; evaluating and implementing solutions; coaching management and employees on key HR principle and RadNet policy.
  • Assist in and/or supports special projects by adhering to project deadlines and schedules; conducting appropriate research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions as prescribed.
  • Manage expectations by communicating project status and any issues that might create delays promptly; resolving concerns as appropriate.
  • Prepare requested reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protect organization's principles by retaining strict confidentiality.
  • Further the HR and RadNet objective of efficient, accurate and high-level service by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
  • Must be experienced with FMLA, ADA, as well as other HR and employment laws.
  • Demonstrate a high-level of integrity, confidentiality, business ethics, depth of knowledge, and a pro-active approach to customer service in furtherance of department and corporate objectives.
  • Must have planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding oral/written communication, organizational, Microsoft Office and computer skills required.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all federal and state labor laws and essential Human Resource policies and practices.
  • Must be curious, detail-oriented and able to work effectively both independently and with others.
  • Must have current knowledge and proficiency using a computer and general HRIS software.
  • MUST have at least five (5) years’ recent experience as a human resources generalist or significantly similar position. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, organizational development, business management/administration, healthcare administration and/or professional certifications in human resources is a plus.
  • Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
