- Prepare detailed pitch books, financial reports, and market analysis for client presentations.

- Collaborate with team members to manage due diligence processes and ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Assist in the development of junior analysts by providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through regular communication and by providing high-quality service and insights.
- Monitor economic and market conditions to assess their impact on client portfolios and transactions.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance regulations are met and maintained throughout the transaction process.
- Support senior bankers in negotiating and closing deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (such as CFA) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
