Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development: Propose and implement detailed and comprehensive sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share in the field of fertilizer. 2. Leadership and Management of Sales Department: Manage and guide sales managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets and performance objectives. 3. Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to develop appropriate and effective sales strategies. 4. Customer Relationship Management and Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and key partners to optimize sales opportunities. 5. Contract Negotiation and Business Agreement: Participate in negotiations with customers and partners to secure profitable and sustainable sales contracts. 6. Data Management and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales data to evaluate performance and propose improvement measures. 7. Employee Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to enhance their capabilities and work performance.Job Requirement
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field - Language: English - Business Level. - Experience: At least 3 years (for Manager) and 7-10 years (for Deputy GM/GM) in sales management with experience in fertilizer or agricultural industry. - Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team-work ability. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners. - Willingness to business travel as needed.
