- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including key accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, exceeding expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to ensure achievement of financial goals.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve their full potential.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales management role within the food industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact confidently with international clients.
- A deep understanding of the food industry, market trends, and customer needs.
