- 7+ years of relevant professional production + design experience

- Expand and refine an established visual direction; systematize and apply graphics across a range of design deliverables: print, UI, motion, and linear media.
- Work closely with Project leads and Art Directors to establish clear visual guidelines and documents that convey design systems to guide internal and/or external teams within future phases.
- Maintain close and highly collaborative communications with Project Managers, vendors, and other teammates throughout design development and production phases.
- Manage and maintain complex labeling systems, asset tracking systems, and presentation decks.
- Exercise a high degree of quality control within the proofing and prototyping stages of a project while adhering to tight timelines.
- Flag stumbling blocks and offer solutions in a timely and proactive manner to project leads.
- Proactively convey accurate time estimates and expectations for yourself on projects; notify project leads as established allocations change.
- Prepare a range of files for print production, from wall labels to large-scale graphic murals; printed vinyl to physical graphics — elevations, typicals, guidelines, decks, and templates.
- Convey ways to refine design solutions and processes informed by your expertise in print production techniques and best practices.
- Generate a range of elevations, typicals, and templates while maintaining a highly organized file structure and working methodology.
- Highly generative, detail-oriented, and iterative design methodology.
- Excellent typographic and overall graphic design skills
- Expertise and experience in print production — file organization and preparation.
- Design portfolio that includes clear examples of cohesive design work that expands a visual identity across print, UI, and media applications with clear sets of guidelines across a range of physical environments.
- Ability to systematize and articulate cohesive graphic applications across motion, media, and UI designs.
- Experience in working closely with Project Managers and vendors to meet schedules and budgets.
- Excellent Photoshop skills: generate render-view comps in collaboration with Physical Design teammates.
- Strong photo-retouching skills and expertise in preparing images for large-scale applications across media and print murals.
- Able to apply design systems within Figma — generate templates and guidelines.
- Highly collaborative while also able to work autonomously
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — After Effects a plus.
- Strong familiarity with working within Figma, fluency preferred.
- Fluency in Keynote and Google Slides
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive
- Excellent technical, organizational, and time management skills while being able to manage multiple projects and deliverables with changing priorities
- Strategic problem solver
- A design degree in graphic design is strongly preferred
