- Monitor and respond to tickets and requests of production & case management support for Workforce Management & Pay Technology to include case response, end-user support, root cause analysis (RCA), mitigation and resolution to cases and incidents reported in ServiceNow.
- Issue remediation and escalation management, monitor reoccurring issues, and recommend innovation solutions to systematic trends, partnering with the analysts, senior analysts and leads for escalation as needed.
- Coordinate upgrades to both Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management Systems, including areas such as workforce management, payroll, expense, and accruals.
- Create supporting documentation for change management including system updates, user documentation, and training. Keep document repositories fresh.
- Partner with the analysts, senior analysts, and lead to create and maintain test plans, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and functional regression testing of new and enhanced Workforce Management & Pay Technology functionality and reporting tools.
- Other projects as assigned for growth and exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or another related field preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role with exposure to HR; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of functional experience with HRIS - Workday and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with your team and specialists from other business units.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
