You’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing business development strategies that support the group of the business. You will have a keen eye for leadership and a knack for communication, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your strong leadership skills will ensure your team’s success, while your communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively convey our value proposition to potential clients.From managing the entire sales process, including contract negotiations and deal closures, to staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our continued success.Requirements
  • Ability to Set Sales Targets: Establishing sales goals and targets for the team based on company objectives and market analysis.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Creating strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying target markets, defining sales tactics, and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Leading and Motivating the Sales Team: Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their targets.
  • Training and Development: Conducting training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills within the team.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Hiring new sales representatives and overseeing their onboarding process to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Performance Evaluation:Monitoring and evaluating the performance of individual sales team members against their targets and providing feedback and support for improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analysing sales data to forecast future sales trends and preparing regular reports for senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Sales Administration: Managing pipeline of RFPs and Contracts ensuring timely and accurate response to all pending sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implementing and maintaining CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and improve customer relationship management.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement.
  • Budget Management: Managing the sales department budget, including allocating resources effectively and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Staying Informed About Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and potential challenges for the sales team.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Addressing any issues or conflicts within the sales team or with clients in a timely and effective manner to maintain positive relationships and ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations.
