- They are looking for (4) Senior AE's with (2-5+) years of Facilities Management Services Sales experience, who have been calling on Fortune 1000 companies! Your average deal will be between ($250K-$1.5M per month) depending on client size.
- If you have a Book of Business to bring over, that is a Big +! You'll be selling MRR in (3-5 year) Contracts. This is a 100% Individual Contributor role (75% Hunting, 25% Existing Client Expansion) selling to VP's of Procurement, Facilities, HR, etc..
- Compensation is ($150K Base (DOE), $250K-$300K+ OTE + No Cap + Bonuses + Year 1 Incentives! + Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match) + Upward Mobility + Strong Vacation Plan + Sick Days.
- The client likes top candidates who have sold for companies like: Coverall, ABM Industries, Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), ERIS, Summit Erosion Control, Enviroworks, Notra, OpenWorks, etc. and their competitors.
- (2-5+) years of successful sales experience selling Facility Management Services into the Fortune1000.
- Consistent Record of Exceeding MRR Quota in (3-5 year) Contracts. Average Deal size: between ($250K-$1M) per month.
- Having demonstrated Job Stability in your career is a Big Plus+.
- Experience selling large Facility Management Services deals into the Fortune1000. MRR Sales is a Plus+.
- A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
- Proven ability to successfully interact with Enterprise C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
- Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals, and Manage RFP's.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Work Via a Solution Selling Methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus+.
- Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
- If you Bring a Book of Business, that is a Huge Plus+.
