The EA balances patience in finding a solution with accomplishing the objective in a timely manner. The EA loves providing great customer service to clients and maintains great relationships with vendors.This individual is 100% committed to empowering the CEO to achieve advanced levels of success. They are an effective communicator, connector, and relationship builder. The clients are huge fans of this leader.This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with some nights and weekends.Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus and PTOResponsibilities:
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Oversee all contracts through closing and review contract and listings documents for completion
  • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker
  • Guard the rainmaker’s daily schedule
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
