Directly manages all site Manufacturing Engineering Leaders in their region. Dotted Line accountability to the Regional Operations Director. Partners with Site Directors to achieve all site performance metrics. PreferredAt least twelve years of experience in engineering including a minimum of four years of engineering managementExperience with appropriate manufacturing processes e.g. weld, paint, assembly, extrusion, injection molding, metal fabFluency in primary language(s) of region’s plantsHigh degree of self-direction and tolerance of ambiguity.Ability to write technicallyAbility to work effectively across levels from shop floor to Director levelAbility to support work at remote sitesWillingness to adjust working hours as necessary to ensure effective support of regionTechnical knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing and assembly systemsStrong preference for experience with Advanced Manufacturing Techniques such as Industry 4.0 and AutomationWhat Can We Give You?At Ditch Witch, we are always working to make sure our employees know just how valued they are.
