- Create and execute plan to drive customer adoption of Atrility products in hospital systems.
- Develop long-lasting customer relationships with protocolized use of the AtriAmp
- Seen as consultative and helpful resource on cardiac rhythm management to U.S. customers
- Actively participate in creating and driving the culture of a unique commercial start-up
- Develop and maintain expertise in post-op Cardiac Rhythm Management and Atrility Company, Products and scientific backing
- Represent Atrility at conventions/society meetings as defined by responsible Manager
- Maintain high level of organization and operational excellence in all aspects of delivering Atrility services and products to hospital customers
- Understand and comply with all internal and external procedures in order to maintain flawless supply chain and delivery of product to our customers
- Assist in contracting with hospital customers
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in CRM system
- Manage effectively and ethically within all company policies, local and national laws, and Atrility Medical Guidelines
- Maintain satisfactory vendor credentialing and follow individual facility requirements for site visits
- Help educate, train, and inform potential customers and current users of the software to drive further use of the product
- Up to 50-60% travel
