- Represent One Medical and interact with clients in your territory, ranging from 500 to 2,500 employees
- Direct Primary Care (DPC) solutioning Subject Matter Expert
- Nurture relationships directly in your market with companies as well as other key players in your market, including consultants and brokers; build an on the ground presence through face to face relationships
- Understand the importance of a robust sales process and track the factors that will yield scalable success
- Build a territory and define metrics and milestones that align with broader organizational goals
- Forecast deal flow and architect and negotiate creative deals and partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, finance, legal and others, to ensure client success and performance
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet or exceed quota and annual growth
- Leverage relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of One Medical products and services
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, 2+ years selling to companies with more than 250 employees
- Working DPC knowledge
- At least 2 years of exposure to employee benefits sales, understanding key levers, drivers and players including benefit brokers and consultants
- Experience owning sales process from sourcing to close on deals that are often 6+ month sales cycles
- Ability to maintain strong internal and external networks; leveraging relationships to prospect and close new business
- Proven track record success by consistently exceeding sales quota focusing on new logo acquisition
- Experience selling a non-essential benefit a plus
- Passion to learn One Medical's business model and ability to thrive in a complex healthcare environment
