Promoting and presenting the payroll service offerings to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and presentations;
Analyzing the payroll needs and requirements of prospective clients and qualifying them based on their suitability for the services offered;
Understanding the unique needs and pain points of clients related to payroll processing and providing tailored solutions;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly;
Developing and presenting proposals or quotes to clients, outlining the benefits and value of the payroll services offered;
Negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients;
Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market;
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company;
Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.CerințePrevious experience in sales, particularly in selling payroll services or related financial, accounting, or software services;
Background in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance - is a plus;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals;
Consultative, relationship-based sales style and proven success exceeding sales quota;
Strong written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create professional sales proposals and contracts;
Thorough understanding and perspective of the HR services market.Contact
