  • Develop and implement effective strategies and work processes of permitting for Operations to effectively manage and administer existing permits requirements. Apply for, negotiate and obtain necessary permits and license approvals required by Government.
建立和执行有效的确保公司正常运行的许可证照战略计划，维护公司现在已经获得的许可证，并且申请和办理政府部门要求的其他所有许可证照
  • Identities and analyzes complex permitting laws and regulations to determine impact to businesses and operations in JV. Interpret permitting regulatory requirements, develop permitting compliance matrices, provide initial compliance matrix training to Operations and provide ongoing compliance support and training.
识别和评估许可证照对合资公司商务和运行带来的影响，解释相关法律、法规条款，建立许可证照合规性矩阵图，对运营团队提供法律、法规合规性相关培训和其他支持性工作
  • Identify and assess emerging permitting issues and regulations that can impact JV operations, services, products, and permitting strategies. Develop actions plan to compliance all applied items for regulations and laws, track actions progress to ensure operation under compliance in JV
识别和评估更新的法律、法规对合资公司运行、生产、合规性方面的影响，对适用的法规条款进行行动计划，并且定期追踪行动进展情况，确保合资公司在合规状态下运行
  • Maintain all permits and license applied for JV regular, ensure all permits and license are available, leading all review activities and update activities for permits and license regular
