- Implement the sales strategy (with the Global Sales Director) and implement it in a context of market transformation
- Monitor your customer portfolio and contribute to its development
- Draw up a schedule of visits and produce a summary report
- Responding to customer invitations to tender and monitoring customer follow-up
- Represent the company at trade fairs and liaise with specifiers and within the ecosystem.
- Manage relations with the company's strategic partners and/or key account customers: structure key account policy
- Responsible for the performance of the production department. More specifically, he/she is responsible for optimising ratios and costs (ensuring the turnover quota defined for your area).
- Tracking orders:
- Studying sales statistics
- Find out about unpaid bills and send out reminders
- Compare actual sales with forecasts
- Evaluating customer satisfaction
- Keeping an eye on the future and the competition
- Market research (identifying changing customer needs)
- Provide customers with information about the company's products and services
- Obtain information on the competition
- Regularly report trends and developments to the Sales Director
