Job Description:UST is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, they will be responsible for full stack development using Salesforce APEX, LWC, and Aura. They will analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, they should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce Developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.Responsibilities:

Meeting with project managers to determine business needs
Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
Creating timelines and development goals
Testing the stability and functionality of the application
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software

Requirements:

At least 4 years’ experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development with Salesforce Flows
Experience in Service Cloud, GIT, Salesforce Deployments, APEX, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Web Components, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Good communication skills and ability to work comfortably with clients
Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues
Ability to project manage
Familiarity with Scrum
Ability to do code review
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification is a plus
At least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
Background in retail business is a plus
Amenable to working midshift schedule
