- Accelerate profitable growth of our Google Cloud pipeline and our most strategic opportunities.
- Align and optimize our Google Cloud solution portfolio to enhance focus and predictability.
- Create scale with standardized and repeatable Google Cloud solution offerings.
- In summary, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing new and complex Google Cloud solution offerings, enabling our regional field sales resources, and supporting strategic sales opportunities.
- Provide technical pre-sales support to field sales teams in their efforts to win new logos and grow our existing customer relationships through the sales and marketing of Google Cloud solution offerings and capabilities.
- Build and maintain technical marketing and proof of work collateral for our field teams and our customers to help position and sell Google Cloud solutions. This may include but not be limited to:
- Digital sales brochures for field enablement and customer leave behinds
- Technical solution briefings, including sample statement of work, sample project plan and customer case studies
- Technical solution workshops, including reference architectures, advisory services and technical demonstrations.
- Proofs of Concept (POCs), including architectures and test results as part of white paper studies
- Thought leadership articles and related content covering market trends and relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with others to build and maintain our Google Cloud solutions portfolio and help set the go-to-market strategy for our Google Cloud business.
- Work with other members of the Cloud Team to bolster messaging and capabilities within and around Google Cloud services, including support of business development and marketing initiatives, as needed.
- Work with other technology solution areas within GS&A to build complex Google Cloud solutions that will incorporate class leading partner solutions from complimentary OEMs.
- Work with our professional services organization and trusted services partners to ensure alignment between our Google Cloud solution portfolio and Google Cloud services capabilities.
- Train WWT staff and our strategic partners on our unique ability to market, sell and deliver Google Cloud architectures and solutions, including the development of partner ecosystem relationships that are complementary to WWT's go-to-market strategy around Google Cloud solution offerings.
- Achieve certification requirements to maintain partner status and achieve necessary specializations.
- At least 5 years selling, architecting, implementing and/or marketing Google Cloud solutions.
- Working knowledge or expertise in Google Cloud design and architecture.
- Ability for overnight travel (25% - 50%).
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, writing and editing skills.
- Google Associate Cloud Engineer or plan to immediately attain required (Professional Cloud Architect preferred).
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
