Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality copy that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including account managers, designers, and strategists to develop integrated campaign concepts that effectively communicate key messages and drive performance metrics. Take ownership of the copywriting process from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables are strategically sound, on-brand, and optimized for performance. Conduct research and gather insights to inform copy strategy, staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in performance marketing. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, presenting creative concepts and rationale with confidence and professionalism. Oversee copywriting for various digital channels including but not limited to paid social, display advertising, search ads, email marketing, and landing pages. Collaborate with the data analytics team to analyze campaign performance and iterate on copy based on insights and data-driven recommendations. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and innovations in performance marketing, continually seeking opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results. Qualifications: Minimum 9-10 years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a performance marketing environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into effective copy solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform copy strategy and optimize campaign performance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with clients in various industries, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management platforms.
