Our 403b retirement savings plan includes a generous match.The Senior Admissions Coordinator supports all recruitment efforts and enrollment of a high quality domestic and international class of graduate students. The Senior Admissions Coordinator manages the front desk operations of the Admissions Office and assists with application review and outreach. Both within the university and to the external community, the Senior Admissions Coordinator is a spokesperson, representative and advocate for the Business School graduate programs.Key Responsibilities:Manages front desk operations of Admissions Office including telephone coverage, Admissions email, online chat coverage and other administrative duties. 30%Assists the Assistant Director of Admissions Operations with application processing. 15%Coordinates virtual and in-person campus visits and interviews for prospective graduate students. 10%Assists in the development and implementation of all admission/outreach efforts for the graduate programs including information sessions, webinars and yield events. 10%Manages student ambassador program. 15%Assists with pre-screening and application evaluation for admission. 15%Other duties as assigned. 5%Education & Work Experience:Bachelor's degree required.1-3 years of related work experience.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills.Ability to represent the graduate programs within and outside Brandeis.Team oriented.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
