This role is based in Beijing and the ideal candidate would be someone with a strong understanding of strategic thinking skills and commercial sense.ResponsibilityDesign overseas M&A strategy to fuel company's future growth, form internal alignment, and execute strategies accordinglySource global deal opportunities, primarily in English speaking developed countriesLead deal executions, including but not limited to: deal structuring, transaction manangement and due diligenceRequirements3-5 years experience in venture capital/ growth equity US dollar funds, buldge bracket investment banks, MBB consulting or in-house corporate development teamsExcellent strategic analyzing skillsSignificant overseas deal experience.
