- Structure the charter and project plan, ensuring compliance with established Project Management methodologies;
- Execute project activities as defined in the plan, supervising all stages of the process;
- Monitor and control development progress against the project plan, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures if necessary;
- Identify and analyze risk management issues and develop plans to mitigate and minimize potential risks;
- Demonstrate team coordination and non-authoritative leadership skills by providing guidance and support to the project team;
- Serve as the focal point for the project team, receiving progress reports and ensuring effective execution of assigned tasks;
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the Marketing function and other stakeholders during launch processes;
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with teams allocated to the project, internal or external, defining clear guidelines and motivating resources to achieve established objectives;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Work on Implementing governance and ways of working defined at the program level;
- Manage the launch plan;
- Reviews and adaptations of the product roadmap;
- Coordinate tests;
- Communicate the release cycle;
- Plan resources;
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation following company MSE standards;
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met;
- Report and escalate to senior management when necessary;
- Prepare project reports following the communication plan;
- Manage project costs;
- Conduct meetings and calls for project-related activities.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management/Digital Product Management;
- Strong experience in multifunctional deployment of digital products;
- Having experience working with packaging solutions will be an advantage;
- Strong project management skills;
- Time management abilities;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Open-mindedness and “can-do” attitude;
- English C1|C2 - (Mandatory).
