JOB OVERVIEWEXECUTIVE ROCKSTARVA to perform a variety of tasks (administrative, bookkeeping, property management, research and marketing) to support the owner of the company to grow their business. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, exercise independent judgment, plan, prioritize, and organize workload. The Candidates must be self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, dedicated and determined with good comprehension skills.Qualifications:At Least 5 years experience working as an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Background/ Experience working as an OPERATIONS MANAGER
Background/ Experience in Basic Marketing, Content Creating and Social Media Management
Background/ Experience Basic Accounting
Proficient and has high attention to details
Produce work with a high level of accuracy
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful
ProactiveResponsibilities includes but not limited to the following:Act as the point of contact and communicate on behalf of the CEO maybe through phone call or email.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
Act as an operations manager and oversee day to day operations and make sure deadlines are met
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceGeneral AdminEmail Management
Calendar Management
Scheduling appointments
Inbound and Outbound calls
Other personal related tasks requested by the client.Accounting and Bookkeeping
Reconciliation of accounts
Pulling Weekly, Monthly reportsResearchSocial Media
Content Creating
Video and Photo editing
