- Implementation of Development Plans & Subdivision Roll-Out to Elliott Homes:
- Oversee budget – dates, and costs
- Oversee construction of subdivision infrastructure and amenities to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
- Subdivision Turnover:
- Lot Fits
- Drainage and Grading Plans
- Lot Development Costs
- Ensure the development plan delivered to Elliott Homes is being followed:
- Once per month, assess each subdivision for adherence or deficiencies to the development plan relating to SWPPP, drainage & grading, damage to infrastructure by trades, entrance & common area landscaping, and amenities.
- Report delivered land COO to determine action items.
- Take the action plan and work with Elliott Homes Field Managers to implement it.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or similar program preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development and construction/engineering, specifically working as a superintendent on new home construction sites.
- Ability to read and understand engineering and architectural plans at a high level of proficiency.
- Must be able to manage project communication effectively and consistently meet important deadlines in a proactive manner.
- Able to professionally manage competing priorities without missing deadlines.
- Self-Driven and resourceful
- Attention to Detail and Persistence in follow-up
- Valid Driver’s License required
