With a range of ways to stay – rooms, van hookups, tent spots, as well as group meeting spaces - LOGE inspires the best of the outdoors and community.POSITION OVERVIEWLOGE Alta Crystal is seeking a HSKP Lead for our LOGE Camps site in Enumclaw, WA.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE
Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
Perform opening and closing shift duties
Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS NEEDED
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Strong leadership skills
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
REQUIREMENTS
Housekeeping leadership experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED
