With a range of ways to stay – rooms, van hookups, tent spots, as well as group meeting spaces - LOGE inspires the best of the outdoors and community.POSITION OVERVIEWLOGE Alta Crystal is seeking a HSKP Lead for our LOGE Camps site in Enumclaw, WA.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
  • Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
  • Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE
  • Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
  • Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
  • Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
  • Perform opening and closing shift duties
  • Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
  • Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS NEEDED
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
REQUIREMENTS
  • Housekeeping leadership experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED
