This role will act as a bridge between our various commercial business communities (Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product) and IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. They should prioritize features/requirements backlog based on business strategy, defining the corresponding criteria. Further this role is expected to consult Enterprise Systems team and agree on ballpark effort estimates, prioritization, and timelines for overall project delivery.In addition to the above, the candidate should possess a hands-on approach and willingness to perform system configuration tasks.Responsibilities
Liaise between commercial business communities (Sales, Marketing, Product, Channel) to gather and define business requirements (BRD: Business Requirements Documents).
Translate business requirements into functional specifications considering a global perspective.
Coordinate with respective enterprise systems team leads for the execution of projects.
Lead projects from ideation, business case, to project closure.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the established timeline and budget.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, Business Analysis and Technical Project Management, preferably within the PV-Photovoltaics manufacturing industry.
Expertise in Oracle, Salesforce, Hubspot and Zift One platform functionalities and core capabilities.
Excellent understanding of business specifications and ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
