- Architect and integrate scalable, efficient technology solutions, with consideration for agilility, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture guidance, API design, and solution dependencies;
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed systems;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all designed solutions;
- Actively identify and propose strategies to manage and reduce technical debt;
- Provide subject matter expert support on public cloud (such as Azure), low-code platform (such as Appian), data lake and data warehousing (such as Snowflake), data science platform (such as Dataiku), and ERP platform (such as Workday), providing insights into effective API design and management of solution dependencies;
- Mentor and train other team members on new technologies and best practices;
- Engage with business leaders to understand and anticipate their needs;
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of solutions for optimization;
- Ensure data integrity and privacy in all solutions;
- Research and propose new technologies or processes for operational improvement;
- Implement projects or training throughout our different sites, including those outside Quebec;
- Facilitate communication between IT and other departments;
- Work closely with teams from our Windsor, Ontario site .
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field. A master’s degree in computer science would be an asset;
- Extensive experience with Azure, Appian, Snowflake, Dataiku, and Workday. (8+ years)
- The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification an asset.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions. (5+ years)
- Leadership experience in managing technology projects. (5+ years)
- English speaking is required as this role support a global reach team. French and Spanish is an asset.
- Relevant certifications in the aforementioned platforms are considered an asset.
- This position may require travel depending of the project.
