- Design, development, integration, evaluation and verification of DSP audio filters and algorithms.
- Design, development, integration, and verification of DSP embedded solutions.

- Excellent knowledge of DSP, MCU, IC, and audio codec architectures.
- Excellent knowledge of embedded architectures and real-time embedded software.
- Fluent in real-time embedded C/C++ programming with in-depth knowledge of DSP algorithm development.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good competency in Python and/or MATLAB.
- Good knowledge and understanding of fixed-point implementation.
- Good knowledge of software development workflows and working methodologies
- Clearly report bugs using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
- Concise and proactive communication skills are critical within a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.
- Desirable
- Good knowledge and experience in audio, digital filtering, and portable audio applications such as headphones and wireless earbuds.
- Good experience in optimizing DSP solutions for low footprint, low latency, and low power applications.
- Previous team leading or technical leading experience.
- Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins
- Experience using SystemC
