Job Description:Full Time | Day 7:30am - 4pm | Occasional Weekends and HolidaysQualifications:Current and valid driver's license requiredPrior grounds keeping experience preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to obtain licensure or certification for applications of herbicides and other chemicals, if requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work independently or with limited supervisionExpectations:Maintains community lawns including mowing and fertilizing.Trims and edges around walkways, flower beds and walls.Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth.Maintains all parking lots and sidewalk areas.Performs service and repair to the exterior of the community buildings.Maintains cleanliness of work area, including storage areas, closets and equipment.Maintains and repairs equipment.Completes maintenance work orders as assigned.Participates in facility preventative maintenance schedule.Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.Presbyterian Senior Living communities are backed by the support of a large not-for-profit organization, and are dedicated to our mission to provide compassionate, vibrant and supportive communities and services to promote wholeness of body, mind and spirit.
