Through use of data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques and technologies, you will help our company make smarter business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
Creating reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Maintaining data integrity and accuracy in analysis processes.

Candidate Profile/Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience within a call center environment.
Proficient in Excel, Power Query and DAX for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience in AWS and Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a data analysis role preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
