  • Significant experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in hotel operations management and leadership roles.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive work culture, and drive operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve financial objectives.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, coupled with the ability to develop and implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall hotel performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hospitality experience in hotel operations management as a Director of Operations, Hotel or Resort Manager
  • Experience overseeing capex projects
  • Food & Beverage background within a complex, luxury environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen and strategic planning abilities
  • Prior experience at a luxury resort is preferred
  • Desire to become a General Manager within Auberge Resorts and relocate within 18-24 months
