- Create and oversee talent development initiatives.
- Develop programs that enhance employees’ skills, leadership abilities, and career progression.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
- Maintain budgets related to learning and development activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for guiding employees through their learning journey.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Budgeting Skills: Proficiency in managing learning budgets.
- Knowledge of Effective Learning Methods: Understanding of various learning approaches.
- 5-8 Years of Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in L&D, talent development, or related roles.
