They play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and contribute to the company’s success.Responsibilities:1. Create and Execute Learning Strategies and Programs:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
2. Assess Learning Effectiveness:
  • Track and assess the success of development plans.
  • Help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
3. Collaborate with Employees and Managers:
  • Work closely with employees and managers to support career development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
4. Design Talent Development Programs:
  • Create and oversee talent development initiatives.
  • Develop programs that enhance employees’ skills, leadership abilities, and career progression.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
5. Budget Management and Vendor Relationships:
  • Maintain budgets related to learning and development activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for guiding employees through their learning journey.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Budgeting Skills: Proficiency in managing learning budgets.
  • Knowledge of Effective Learning Methods: Understanding of various learning approaches.
  • 5-8 Years of Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in L&D, talent development, or related roles.
