- Support with managing all social media platforms
- Keep track of all metrics and messages coming in to these accounts
- Create content for all social media platforms
- Responsible for in-studio content, collaborating with the Ops team to gather interesting content, following strategy
- Work with marketing strategist to create campaigns
- Support marketing strategist with creation of Ads
- Assist with all website development under our Marketing Manager’s leadership
- Find influencers we can work with and build relationship & Maintain relationships with existing influencers
- Find partners we can work with and assist with onboarding new partners
- Increase new partnership accounts by 30%
- Follow up with existing partners
- Support CX Content Creation & Editing
- Assist with CX training
- Assist with designing the customer experience; implementing new ways we can enhance the customer experience
- Loyalty program support
- Answer Inquiries on Zendesk
- Support with Zendesk, IG dms, Facebook comments, Info@, Partnerships@, TheKnot/WeddingPro
- Partnerships Customer Support
- Assist with small gestures to clients to improve their experience (care packages, flowers, etc)

- Experience working with Excel, Google Suite, Canva and Email required.
- BS, BA or similar degree from an accredited 4-year institution required.
- Degree in business, design, project management or related field desired.
- Deep interest in fashion and sustainability desired.
- Working understanding of Social Media and Experience in Content Creation required.
