Job Title: Amazon E-Commerce Specialist (Marketing and Advertising) Location: Chhatarpur Department: Ecommerce Reports To: Supply Chain Head Position Type: - Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon E-Commerce Specialist focusing on marketing and advertising to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon platform, including its marketing tools, advertising campaigns, and analytics. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility on Amazon by developing and executing effective marketing and advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies for our Amazon store, including but not limited to PPC campaigns, promotions, and enhanced brand content. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics on Amazon (e.g., ACoS, Impressions, Click-through Rate, Conversion Rate) to optimize campaign performance and ROI. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Amazon marketplace. - Collaborate with the product and content teams to ensure listings are optimized for search and conversions, with accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and keywords. - Manage the budget for Amazon advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing profitability. - Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to our marketing and advertising efforts. - Coordinate with the customer service team to manage reviews and feedback, enhancing the brand's reputation on the platform. - Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for strategy adjustments. Qualifications: - Any Bachelor's degree , DM and marketing will be prefrred. - Proven experience in Amazon marketplace management, including marketing and advertising, with a track record of driving sales growth. - Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and SEO best practices. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions. - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a team environment. - Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. - Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is a plus.
