Sales Account Coordinator – FAN EXPO

- Manage exhibitor relationships, including following up on leads and applications
- Maintain exhibitor data in Salesforce and assist with exhibitor registration
- Provide exceptional customer service to exhibitors via email and phone
- Collaborate with the billing department on account reconciliation
- Address exhibitor concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with event development through research and sales calls
- Support the Sales Manager in compiling sales lists and engaging with exhibitors on social media
- Handle onsite duties during events, including order taking, cash collection, and POS management
- Maintain flexibility for weekend availability during events
- Experience working in the pop-culture industry
- Three or more years of relevant business experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in-person and electronically
- High level of computer systems comprehension, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize sales data systems (Salesforce knowledge would be an asset)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and proven versatility in time management and prioritization of tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- College degree in business/marketing or related area, or equivalent business experience required
- This role offers a salary range of $40,000 to $45,000.
