This full-time, in-house position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, offering the chance to be part of a mission-driven, high-performing team that loves to win.   • Start every day with a drive to exceed your given sales KPIs.
  • Conduct 5-7 hour-long, real-time calls daily with prospects via phone and Zoom.
  • Deliver top-tier pre-sales customer service, addressing every customer question or concern thoroughly.
  • Drive team momentum by setting up appointments and following up with leads for the internal sales team.
  • Constantly optimize your sales pipeline for success.
  • Relay crucial information to Closers to ensure optimal collaboration and client conversion.
Requirements
  • Unwavering focus on achieving sales goals.
  • 1+ years of recent experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), ideally in a B2C context OR a sales course certification from an organization like Grant Cardone or Jeremy Miner
  • Experience conducting sales calls that end in a closed deal.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to be coached and improve skills continuously.
  • Proficiency in computer and CRM skills, with HubSpot experience being a plus.

Compensation
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): Base + bonus, $55K - up to $130K.
  • Bonus and commission are based on performance.
