  • We are seeking a Sr. Architect - Technology with a strong background in designing and implementing robust solutions in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java Fullstack, Spring Boot, Angular 10+, and AWS.
  • With 10 to 13 years of experience, the individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape, ensuring our architecture aligns with business goals and delivers exceptional value.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance software solutions using Java Fullstack Spring Boot and Angular 10+.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural designs align with business requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of AWS cloud services optimizing for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security best practices and compliance standards in mind.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends applying insights to drive innovation.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technologies into existing systems ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and decisions.
  • Optimize application performance through rigorous testing and tuning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a technology architect with expertise in Java Fullstack, Spring Boot, Angular 10+, SAP C/4HANA CPQ, and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of successful cross-functional teamwork.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Salary and compensationThe annual salary for this position is between $120K – $165K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
