Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master Law program or business law in a Danish university with a minimum of 1,5 years left of your studies
Fluency in oral and written English is a requirement
Good IT skills are an advantage.

ActivitiesKey ResponsibilitiesOverall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

Contract administration and filing
Invoice handling and general inquiries
Legal Research and drafting legal memos (including on Danish and international law)
Updating and review of various agreements (including confidentiality agreements, service agreements)
General ad hoc legal and administrative tasks.

You will be part of our Student Network where ambitious student assistants get together to boost personal and professional development as well as attending social events.The Legal Department in Denmark consists of 6 lawyers, 2 legal partners and 2 student assistants, of which 5 are based in Esbjerg and 5 are based in Copenhagen. We work closely together and with other local departments as well as international departments to support the business. Our department supports different areas of TotalEnergies' activities, including Exploration and Production, Renewables and Carbon Capture, Biogas and Marketing and Services.Working hours will be approximately 15-20 per week, with flexible working hours.
