Sales Focus Inc. is looking for a self-motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to sell medical devices to healthcare facilities in Los Angeles, California on behalf of our client, Synapse Biomedical.About Synapse BiomedicalOur client, (SBI), is dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of life-altering neurostimulation products. The pioneering of this technology will allow the global healthcare community to reach beyond current methods of treatment and provide a new standard of care to improve patient outcomes.About the PositionWe are looking for Medical Device/Healthcare Reps to visit rehabilitation facilities, LTACHs, and SNFs, as well as, Level 1 and 2 trauma centers where acute SCI patients receive initial care. Your job will be to partner with these facilities to educate staff and clinicians about the potential benefits of intervention with Synapse Biomedical’s device for chronic SCI patients and during the critical window between stabilization and rehab transfer, where early intervention with Synapse Biomedical’s device could be most beneficial.This is a full-time, W2, position offering base pay, uncapped commission, and benefits.Benefits

Qualifications
  • Experience in Medical Device Sales and Business Development
  • Sales Management and Leadership skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, 8-hour days
