- Tracking the compliance of the contract, update and maintain the tracker, create checklists and process documents, understands and comes up with improvement suggestions of the process, collaborates with stakeholders and organize monthly meetings to track compliance
- Digital Operational Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554) knowledge is highly appreciated
- Good understanding of relevant company policies, works to enhance subject matter knowledge and proficiency in the concerned support area
- Act as point of contact and escalation contact for all compliance related topics, responds to inquiries made by internal and external stakeholders
- Manages contract life cycle in the post award phase including, but not limited to, Contract Overview, Contract Repository, Deliverables and Obligations, Performance Management, Change Request Process, Financial Management, Escalations and Disputes; and Exit Management;
- Analyzes, interprets contracts and act as single point of contact for all escalations and disputes while as well ensuring the organization is aware of key aspects of the respective contract(s);
- Implements, maintains contractual governance scheme, leads governance meeting and tracks meeting minutes as well manages the escalation within the respective contract / process;
- Provides guidance and advice to business / service owners in contract-related processes and areas;
- Excellent skills to interpret and review a contract as well as profound knowledge and work experience of processes, procedures and concepts within own discipline, as well as good knowledge of related topics in the overall context;
- Excellent communication skills and able to prepare and lead meetings
- Strong legal and compliance knowledge;
- Applying project and quality management, consulting and organizational transformation and change management skills;
- Higher education degree in Law, business administration, economics, IT or comparable qualification. MBA is a plus;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point);
- Relevant work experience in business processes of the provided service: Minimum 7 years previous experience in Contract Management;
- Certification in contract and commercial management, e.g. WorldCC (formerly known as International Association of Contract and Commercial Management, IACCM
