- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
- Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
- Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Added Advantages: Current RBT certification and CPR.
- Current RBT certification.
- Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
- Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
