- Handling all inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their insurance plan
- Managing policies in regards to a variety of matters, including walking clients through their plan in a patient manner
- Provide empathy while dealing with clients and supporting business needs
- Ability to multitask between calls and system handling
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues in other departments to ensure seamless interaction between partiesQualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- 1 year of call center or insurance experience within an office setting
- Able to de-escalate calls in a patient and empathetic manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team player with a positive attitude
