Responsibilities:1. HR Business Partnering: Understand Overall business objectives and fulfilling Manpower Planning and Core HR Initiatives in line with them. Understanding queries of the employees related to HR policies and Processes and facilitate the timely resolution of the same.2. Performance Management: Be the custodian of end-to-end performance management cycle and bring in effectiveness in the same by standardization of SMART goals in line with business objectives with cascading across the hierarchy, driving effective performance conversations between Reporting Managers /HODs and their directs, and ensuring completion of all the PMS activities as per group guidelines within stipulated time period.3. Learning & Development: Conduct effective learning needs identification and drive Learning interventions with the aim of individual learning needs fulfillment, connecting the interventions with individual developmental and performance goals, alignment with organizational and team goals. Analyze post program feedback and performance metrics to further enhance the L&D interventions.4.Talent Management: Identify critical roles in the organization and ensure 3-level successor mapping against each. Facilitate preparation of Individual Development Plans of high potential individuals and identified successors and design developmental journey linked with learning and mentorship interventions. Keep track of the same and ensure successor readiness at acceptable levels.5. Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Preparation of Annual Manpower and HR service budget in line with the Manpower plan and planned HR Activities, and monitoring and ensuring adherence to the same.6. HR Analytics & MIS: Utilize advanced reporting and data visualization tools to analyze manpower data and prepare exhaustive dashboards to provide crucial insights to the Business Leadership team.Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
MBA in HR/ MSW/HRMS
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
