- Expertise in various Microsoft 365 tools including:
- Core applications: Exchange Online. OneDrive, Team, SharePoint
- Security features: Identity Management, Exchange Online Protection, Endpoint & App platform management, Threat Protection
- Management and monitoring: Reporting and health checks to ensure smooth functioning.
- Proficient in resolution management for all assigned incidents, requests, events, and changes related to M365 services.
- Skilled in handling escalations for Microsoft 365 services.
- Experienced in assisting with the planning, development, and implementation of Microsoft 365 services to meet current and future needs.
- Proficient in the administration, implementation, and maintenance of both existing and new Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Able to maintain a Governance and Security Model for Microsoft 365.
- Experience working for a managed services provider is desirable.
- Microsoft Technical Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-203, MS-500, MS-900, AZ-900, SC-200, SC-400, SC-900, and/or proven significant industry experience.
- Experience working within the ITIL framework (ITIL certifications highly regarded)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage M365 platforms for customer satisfaction and contractual commitments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively communicate, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the M365 platforms managed on behalf of the client's customers have operational integrity.
- Lead the M365 team within the Infrastructure Services Centre Systems Team.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer IT issues and promptly respond to systems incidents and service requests.
- Oversee the customer's M365 infrastructure, including monitoring, reporting, and maintaining M365 systems and M365 security infrastructure as needed.
- Resolve incidents and service requests for M365 related tickets.
- Be available to take phone calls for escalated enquiries or tickets.
- Complete patching and firmware updates after hours for all our customers M365 infrastructure.
- Adhere to Incident, Problem and Change Management processes as per company/customer standards (ITIL Framework).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customer environments.
- Attend customer meetings when required.
